Tuesday - Eat-Clean egg salad from Tosca Reno's family cookbook
Wednesday - Tuna melts on sandwich thins with spinach and havarti
Thursday - Buffalo chicken meatloaf for The H and the little guy while I run with the ladies
Friday - Pizza! I'll make a few gluten free crusts this week so this will be easy to toss together
Saturday - Leftovers, or our favorite place, after the sale is over
I will augment each meal with fresh produce based on what I find on sale when I go shopping this afternoon.
